Damages and issues: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it.
False chargebacks: Please note that filing false chargebacks is strictly prohibited and may result in action being taken against the customer. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who submits a false chargeback.
