Orders are processed within a week before being shipped.

  • Standard Shipping (Switzerland): 5-7 business days 
  • International Shipping: International orders are shipped once a week. The shipping times vary depending on the destination country.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping. Shipping rates for international orders will be displayed at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery through the carrier's website.

Responsibility for Shipments
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for any loss, damage, or delays during transit. However, we are committed to supporting our customers and will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues with the carrier. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
